Prophet Benjamin (born Devon Samuel) made a name for himself as a prominent conscious reggae artist but recently has been thrilling fans with his fantastic foray into the soca scene. Now he sees the worldwide release of his blockbuster hits "Throw Wine" and "The Lunatic." Both hits were produced by prominent Trinidadian production house, 1st Klase Records.

The Trinidadian artist was a member of the popular local reggae collective known as the Red Army. Years of recording and performing equipped Benjamin with the necessary tools to take his massive soca single "Throw Wine" all the way to Trinidad's annual International Soca Monarch Competition in 2012, where he made a solid showing and to the crowd's delight, placed in the finals of the competition's Power Soca category. The power behind his performance shines on this release, which now makes its international debut.
